Corona Brasov-Acerbis: the technical partnership born this season immediately led to the Romanian title. It had never happened in the history of national volleyball that a newly-promoted team in the top division won the championship. The triumph came in game 4 against Arcada Galati, who were knocked out 3-1: having lost the first set (24-26), the team coached by coach Lauren?iu Lic? came back and won the second and third set by 21 and the fourth by 19.
